Short version: we collect what Stripe needs to take your payment, plus your email so we can send your receipt and send your download link again if you lose it. We only email you about anything else if you ticked the box. We don't sell anything to anyone, ever.
1. What we collect, and why

2. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for their own marketing. Not ever, not to a "partner", not in an acquisition carve-out.
- We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party analytics on this site.
- We do not set any cookie of our own. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages, which are necessary for payment and fraud prevention.
- We do not build profiles, score you, or make automated decisions with legal effect about you.
- We do not use your data to train any model.
3. Marketing email
At checkout Stripe shows an unticked box asking whether you want promotional email from us. Stripe sets the exact wording; the box is unticked by default and we never pre-tick it.
If you leave it unticked you will only ever hear from us about your order: your receipt, your download link, and the free version 2 of a document you bought that clause 7 of the Terms of Sale gives you. The box covers everything beyond that — new documents, launches, discounts.
If you tick it, you get occasional email, every one of which has a working one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is honoured immediately and permanently. We never add anyone to a list because they bought something — a purchase is not consent, and treating it as consent is both unlawful in the EU/UK and a good way to get your sending domain burned.
4. Who processes your data
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, receipts. Stripe is a processor and, for some purposes, an independent controller. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts the static site and the download file. Sees standard server request logs.
- Buttondown — sends marketing email, if you opted in.
- Our mail provider — carries and stores email you send to hello@theagentichood.com, and the replies we send you. Ask us and we will tell you which one.
Those are the only processors we use. We will name any new one on this page before it starts handling your data.
5. International transfers
Our processors are US-based. Transfers out of the EEA/UK rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as set out in each processor's own data processing agreement.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: 7 years. We are required to keep these and cannot delete them on request.
- Marketing list entry: until you unsubscribe, then we keep a suppression record (your email, hashed) so we never accidentally re-add you.
- Support emails: 2 years.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights: access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, take it elsewhere in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in California, you additionally have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of — and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To exercise any of them, email hello@theagentichood.com. We reply within 30 days and we do not charge. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address on the order.
You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the ICO; in the EU it is your national supervisory authority.
8. Children
This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, email us and it will be deleted.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our infrastructure. Access to the customer records in Stripe is limited to the operator of this business, with two-factor authentication required. We will notify affected customers and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach occurs that is likely to present a risk.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, if you are on the marketing list, tell you by email.
